These benefits are available on your thirty-first day of employment with Wolfe Industrial and following your Introductory period. The cost of medical and basic life insurance is shared between the Employee and Wolfe Industrial. The cost of Dental, Vision, AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, and Optional Life Insurance is paid for in full by each participating Employee based upon plan(s)/limits chosen. In order to help offset some of the costs related to Medical care, when offering a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), the Company will provide a Health Savings Account that allows for direct deposit of pre-tax payroll dollars into an account set up specifically for healthcare expenditures. This offers substantial savings since this account allows you to pay for medical expenses with tax-free dollars. Additionally, the money in your HSA rolls over every year to use as you see fit.
