The Step Van position requires a For Hire Endorsement/Chauffeur's License or a CDL
We need hard workers who are problem solvers, reliable, and independent.

- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus
- For Hire License is required for step vans, but not mandatory before applying.

Scheduling:
- 10-hour shifts are typical
- 4-day work week (40 hours)
- Rotational Schedule
- Expect shift to run from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm
- 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicle in all weather conditions and light / dark conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job
- Lift and carry small packages, up to 50lbs
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time and to customer specification.
- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
- Use apps on smart phone device for communication, GPS Navigation, delivery, and conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out
- Support the team in daily work requirements
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Consent to a 4-Panel Drug Screening
- Possess a clean motor vehicle report over the past 7 years. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
- Must have good English communication skills

- Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
Expect the HIRING PROCESS to take approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
