To achieve our vision, we are searching for Community Alliance Associates with a Bachelor's degree and who ideally speak Spanish, along with a proven record of superb interpersonal skills and proven organizational abilities. The position title will be commensurate with candidate experience relative to Zeta's organizational levels.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an ambassador of Zeta's burgeoning brand and a catalyst for all school community communications and event planning
- Foster relationships with students, staff, families, and other stakeholders in order to ensure all members of the community feel welcomed, informed, and included
- Executing projects and tasks including managing the school calendar, overseeing student enrollment, and compiling and distributing weekly parent communications and newsletters
- Create and adhere to processes designed for operational excellence and efficiency, with the support of the Operations Director
- Serve as the point person in our front office, ensuring all Zeta visitors receive world-class service

The start date for this position is Spring 2023. The salary range for this position is between $58,500 and $76,000. Compensation is based on our salary scales that take into account candidates' relevant experience.
