Definition: To serve guests by providing them with a superior food product and quick, friendly and superior service.
Essential Job Qualifications:
- Properly packaging all menu items
- Proper holding and storage of all foods
- Assisting in front of house operations as necessary
- Unpacking and storing incoming inventory orders
- Reporting to management when equipment malfunctions
- Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas
- Cleaning and maintaining the equipment
