1. Produce quality resin by mixing the correct materials
2. Ensure product specifications by using various methods of sampling, charging, and process adjustment
3. Coordinate the manufacturing process with senior level employee's
4. Inspect and monitor equipment to ensure that it is operating correctly, in order to continue product production
5. Maintain a production records and log sheets to track the production process
6. Troubleshoot equipment to identify and coordinate maintenance on the affected equipment.
7. Perform minor maintenance on equipment to keep it running efficiently
8. Competently perform analytically testing and determine if the results require further action
9. Interpret a variety of instructions (handwritten, oral, graphs)
10. Perform basic math calculations
11. Package finish product in the correct container as established by the customer
12. Unload raw material to its appropriate storage area, along with loading finished product on to the appropriate containers
13. Skilled operator in the usage of a forklift.
14. Be able to stand for long periods of time
15. Provide detailed information to the oncoming operator
16. Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations and requirements.
