Job Description
We are looking for Sales Professionals with experience in generating new opportunities and developing account strategies to address prospects business needs - this includes: High Speed internet (fiber, wireless, cable) Unified Communications (on-prem/cloud), MSP, Infrastructure (structured cabling and wireless networks), Security cameras and more. We strive to be a full-service solution provider.
Territory
- Primarily Central Valley of CA; Western Region

Responsibilities
- Networking, Prospecting, identifying new business opportunities
- Executing sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate solutions.
- Perfect the ability to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and develop strong relationships to effectively drive sales and referrals.
- Affectively manage company generated leads through the sales cycle to successful outcome.
- Adhere to established sales process, including pipeline development and accurate forecasting through Salesforce.
- Prepare and execute customer presentations, sales proposals and sales contracts for customers.
- Fully grasp the technology and solution sets that we present to the customers.
Account Management
- You will lead ongoing customer account relationship to include updating account information in Salesforce and assisting in resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain relationships with customers with a goal of selling the entire suite of products and services to your customer base. Your customers are yours to manage and are not moved to inside sales management after initial sale.
Strategic Planning & Presentation
- You will develop & execute marketing and business plans to drive new logo revenue
- Use monthly forecasting and pipeline management to manage opportunities.
- Attend monthly sales meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Two or more years of outside sales experience (customer facing); prefer Telecom (UCaaS), MSP (managed services), Surveillance Cameras, Structured Cabling backgrounds, but will consider candidates with a strong networking / prospecting background.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce CRM practices preferred
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer need and audience.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
