About the Position As an associate of NextDesk, you're the friendly person on the other side of the phone.
- You'll be able to take the most challenging questions and answer them in plain old English.
- You have a gift for leading others down the path to owning NextDesk. Promote NextDesk products and solutions by communicating the benefits and values of the products.
- Cooperate and collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues to support the sales process use good judgment in analyzing information and will be asked to make routine decisions.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from consumers and dealers.
- Reps will also be following up with outbound calls on a regular basis.
- Function with minimal instruction on routine work.
Responsibilities and Duties
Position Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years experience as a sales rep, sales consultant.
- Recognize and identify how NextDesk products align to customer needs and discuss technical, industry, and market facts to position NextDesk as the market leader.

Qualifications and Skills
Associates are also expected to:
- Follow protocols.
- Receive periodic supervision on new assignments.
- Work guided by daily assignment objectives.
- Establish own priorities within guidelines.
- Regularly adjusts to changing needs and shifting priorities.
- Independently gather resources and information needed to complete sales activities.
- Have a strong transactional/sales focus Position Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience working in a transactional sales role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
Position Compensation Base salary of $20,800 - $32,000 plus an aggressive commission structure. Hard working sales associates can realistically earn $75,000 plus per year.
