Reports to: Owners
General Description: Type of position: Hours: 40 / week +
Serves guests by assisting with food and beverage selections; ringing in and monitoring orders; maintaining dining ambiance and overall cleanliness and presentation of the space.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Inventory tracking
Ability to lead a team
Able to lift 20-50+ lbs
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Polished personal presentation: grooming meets company standards, as outlined by Employee Handbook
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business unless otherwise exempt by management
Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions
Ability to perform essential job functions when working under stress, in fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to build relationships
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year’s experience as server in similar caliber concept
- Toast POS (plus)- Spanish (plus)- Organization
- High Pressure
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe (plus)

Pay: $15.13 - $17.00 per hour
